ABOUT THE ARTIST
From Murals, Faux Finishes, Fine Art to Pottery, Temecula Ca. artist Debra Gayle Sut can create a special work of art just for you. Debra is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC. with a degree in Fashion Illustration and Visual Presentation. Also a graduate of the Empire State College of SUNY, at New Paltz, NY with a degree in Visual Arts.

As a Visual Presentation artist for many years I found the most extraordinary part of my job was the creative process of the three dimensional vignettes for window display and store planning. While involved with every medium you could think of, I designed and created visual standards for the use in multiple store and home settings.
​
With the frequency I had to create and recreate backgrounds and displays I became proficient in murals using Trompe L'oeil techniques and faux finishes from Children's areas to home furnishings. This broad range of designing was the basis from which I now enjoy using my talents to create a unique ambiance for homes and businesses. I work with my clients in achieving the best desired results for the visual impact with a variety of beautiful scenes and finishes.

I recently added book illustrations to my portfolio with the book The Nutcracker Retold by Bobbi Boes and added a Nutcracker Shop.
​
Another exciting book is in the works and I am looking forward to launching it in the Spring/Summer of 2022. Along with the book will be a product line that will be fun and colorful, sparking the imagination for all ages. Keeping it under wraps for now so stay tuned.

Coming soon will be a line of Surface Patterns and Designs for fabric, wallpaper, tissue paper, greeting cards and more. Again, Stay tuned as I roll out a collection of new designs and concepts.

Murals and finishes can be done on canvas as well as walls, doors, floors, ceiling etc.
